Owner Chef
Chef José Baraona Viñes, born in Catalonia, Spain,
came to Japan in 1991 and is widely regarded as a pioneer who helped introduce Spanish cuisine to Japan.
To this day, he continues to pursue new challenges,
constantly exploring and evolving his culinary expression.
